Shipping, Refunds & Cancellations

Shipping Details

We ship nationwide in Thailand. All orders will be sent out by the next working day once payment has been made for your order. 

Delivery charges are a flat rate of THB 50 as shown upon check out. We offer free shipping for orders over THB 1500. 

An email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number. Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to arrive. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to monitor its location to avoid any delays in delivery, as well as to ensure the delivery address & contact details is correct. If the customer does not claim their delivery or there is any error with the delivery information, the package will be returned to us. Customers will be charged again for re-shipping.  

Returns

Any items that are damaged during shipping must be reported to us within 7 days from the date received, for replacement. Please note damages & defects will be approved by GoPure on a case by case basis.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed as soon as your replacement item has been received, and will take around 3 working days depending on the original payment method. Kindly check your provided bank account details are correct.

Cancellations

For any changes or requests to cancel after placing an order on our website, please let us know within 1-2 hours of your purchase to proceed.
